If one of our products is found to be defective within six months of the date of purchase, upon its return to the company, accompanied by the original bill of sale, we will repair or replace it without cost. If we are unable to replace your item we will exchange it for a piece of your choice of comparable value.
For jewellery that needs service past the six month warranty, simply enclose $5.00 or R50 (South African Rands) to cover the shipping and handling.
- Please use the following instructions for returns and items requiring warranty service.
- If possible, use the original packaging to pack the item securely.
- Enclose the original or a copy of the receipt, making sure that it includes your full mailing address and telephone number. If you do not have your original, please provide us with your name, address, phone number and email address.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking services and/or insurance. Keep the tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that it is returned to our distribution centre.
